Creaky floorboards in a new build

we are in our new house around 6 months, the upstairs floor is some sort of plywood material screwed into the joists. anyway there is some creaking now, and a few sections under the carpet that arent level, the builders are still on site finishing the rest of the houses, am i within my rights to ask them to check the…
