Can anyone recommend a good quality eyeshadow pencil? Im starting a new job next month, ill have very early starts so im looking for quick easy makeup with no application time so I wont have time for blending eyeshadow, fixing fallout then using eyeliner ect. I will be buying from the Brown Thomas website so any brand sold…
