THE BIG ONE!!!!
The year has flown by and we're back to Harbour House for our national /international and Ireland - v-UK challenge.
Lock in the dates 15th and 16th July.
Look at the lovely awards that you will be shooting for.
The Irish national team going to slovenia will be taking on the uk in the challenge cup on the Sunday, 9 Irish shooting against 9 guys from UK and NI, 3 cards in total each, possible score of 6750 points !
FS, IS, LV, HV(X CLASS AND A CLASS)
I will be emailing all those on my contact list this week with regards to pregistration.

Hi Guys&GALS

Half way through the year but not even near half way Through the shooting year for us.

Our next event is as we like to call it, is 'THE BIG ONE'. This is our Nationals; incorporating this year an International flavor. Some of you will realize that there is an Ireland v's UK Challenge cup in existence which Ireland currently hold. It was competed for last year in Germany in October. This has not been competed for in Ireland for quite a few years.

THE BIG ONE ; is being held in Harbour House on the 15th and 16th of July next. It will start with Factory Sporter in the Morning of the 15th followed by International Sporter and then Light Varmint in the afternoon. On the 16th we will have Heavy Varmint along with the Ireland UK Challenge cup, finishing shooting around 2:00.

YOU NEED TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT, as we will be drawing for benches and times, places may be limited. In order to Register all you need to do is send an email to Sharon at secretary.nrbai@gmail.com. Sharon will be able to reply with your times and bench number for each detail. They will also be printed and posted on the Morning of the shoot.

THE IRELAND UK CHALLENGE CUP, will be shot over 3 cards in HV. There are nine members on each team. The combined total score will be added and this will determine the winner. The winners will each go away with a trophy and the Cup; the losers.....well nothing.

Ronald Harding, Colin Evans, John Almond, Carl Hanson, Maurice Hassard, Philip Cartwright,Francis Tumelty Richard Sysum and James Mathews.


EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS and WORLD CUP, We are fast approaching this competition, as this is held only every 4 years it is a huge event, possibly the largest yet in History. Approximately 28 Countries are competing with over 200 shooting in each class. Only 5 weeks to go to this event, wishing our team every success.

On another note this years NASRPC International is being held in The Midlands shooting grounds. In order to facilitate this large event all the Concrete Shooting benches have been removed. As these are the only suitable benches for Rimfire Benchrest it will be very difficult to nearly impossible to shoot from the existing wobbly light wooden benches. The concrete benches will be reinstated after the event we have been informed.

NEW NRBAI VIDEO; Have a look out over the coming days for a new promotional video (You Tube and Facebook) which has been produced by us. This work was organized by our development officer Niall Duff and a great thanks to his work and the support of our sponsor EVG who funded 50% of this video.
