Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Very boring game of rugby.

This is just painful to watch. Possibly the worst game of rugby I've seen in a while.

The first half was great. The second has been properly dreadful though. The Lions slowly but surely slitting their own throats hasn't helped much.

The stadium is just showing replays until Lions get pinged.

Really terrible on so many levels. No leadership out there for the lions. Should be the nail in the coffin of the Lions franchise...getting bossed by 14 all blacks.

Back in the game now. Massive score.

Maybe next week New Zealand should be made play with 12 men to give the Lions a bit of a chance?

Well done SOB held 2 men off the counter ruck waiting for others to come in.

Get over about time they moved the ball through the hands.

Nice try. Should have been stopped by Dagg.

    That was a great try.

Shows the difference a proper ref has. Just because Cane got away with it last week doesn;t mean you get a free pass this week.

Absolutely agree, same as the late hits on the OHs today.

Lovely lovely lovely from the Lions. Brilliant vision from Sexton to pull them wide on both sides.

Maybe vunipola should stay off :)

About time they pass the ball and not kick it
    Brilliant try

That's the start, and most likely end of, the Lion's purple patch.

Watson with ball in hand is the one player that has excited me on tour outside of Williams when he catches it

13 against 13 from the start maybe? And fewer scrums.

All blacks would still be in a different ... league....

Furlong off, quiet enough game outside of that early big carry or is it just me?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,183 ✭✭✭✭paulie21

    That's so unlucky for Daly

Let's just go with a game of sevens!

That has to be close to the furthest a kick has ever been brought back.

Nah he worked his socks off first half, second half he took a knock around 5 minutes in and didn't have much impact after that.

We'd do alright against their 7s sides I reckon, so long as we can pick the same XV

    More indiscipline, so frustrating

Cut & Paste to type another NZ penalty.

I honestly believe we've a different offside line to New Zealand.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18,958 ✭✭✭✭Shefwedfan

Vunipola should not be let near the 23 next week after that shocking display today

I think the Lion's thought that stricter reffing would favour them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 37,978 ✭✭✭✭irishbucsfan

Very very poor from the Lions there.

Give up way too much ground and then everyone offside. Shocking.

No they just stay behind it, Lions have played offside all tour. Its the same defence Ireland play
