Help with Billing Issues

    Hi there,  my latest bill jumped by 50% for (apparently) no reason.  
    I've tried getting through on the phone lines - but after long wait times both operators dropped the call, so hoping someone here can look into this for me?  Don't have another few hours to spare right now waiting on hold... Can pm account numbers as required.

    Agent actually called me back.... :)
    Hopefully en route to getting this sorted
