Public transport Elphin

Hi folks. Just moved to Elphin for work and unfortunately won't have a car for at least 6 months. Is their any public transport that goes from Elphin to a larger town with an Aldi, Lidl, Tesco or Supervalue. Even any private bus company with Elphin as a stop. Idealy Elphin to Carrick-on Shannon. think a bus leaves 1005 from Glancys for carrick and returns about 1ish Bus Eireann. Not sure if it still runs
