Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Larkfield Estate, Lucan

    I am in the process of buying my first home, what is Larkfield estate like in Lucan? What is the general area like? Looks to be in a good location for buses into town.

    It's a nice estate. Part of it backs onto Ballyowen Lane which can be a bit hairy but Larkfield itself is a lovely estate. Hope it all goes well for you.

    Nearly bought ten years ago. Found the houses a bit small compare to other areas and was worried about the estate behind it.
    Also the unfinished apartments on left hand side of the estate which are now completed.

    The estate was overpriced back then.
    Just remember in Case your looking to have a family home, you are in the wrong parish for Esker and st Mary's schools.
