Exploring the Islands of Lough Corrib, Galway

Hey Folks, I'm hoping to do a bit of 'sit on top' kayaking in the corrib this summer and I've heard that Caisleán na Ceirc (Hens Castle, Gráinne Mhaoil) is really magical to visit. i'm wondering, does anyone have any directions? It says it's near The Hill of Doon and Maam, I'm googling away trying to find a map of the corrib with the islands named, but blimey, it's tricky.

If you know where's the nearest place or best spot to set out from, I'd be mighty obliged
