Batch renaming files/directory using pattern

    Not sure if this can be done using CMD.exe or a 3rd party tool.

    I have a project solution with files like:

    MyCompany.ProjectName.Web.proj
    MyCompany.ProjectName.src.doc
    etc

    and directories like:

    MyCompany.ProjectName.Web


    I want to change "ProjectName" to "SomethingElse"
    e.g. MyCompany.SomethingElse.Web.proj



    There are about 400 files to change, what's the best way to change them all?
