HELP - Allcast not showing ShowBox?

I'm hoping someone can help please. I have Allcast and Showbox and stream movies to the TV but its stopped working now. Allcast is working and I can run stuff off my phone on the TV. Showbox is also working and I can watch movies on my phone BUT I can't get Showbox on my TV :confused::o I am clueless:o .. I've tried it on…

I am clueless:o .. I've tried it on two phones and its doing the same on both. I go into allcast and set it up - then go into showbox and chose my movie and chose on the top right hand corner t9o see it on my TV on Allcast but when Allcast comes up there is no media showing.

I am not very good with technology but have googled and tried all I can think of - can anyone give me any advice please? ... In very plain steps please??
