BTEA 12 Month Period on Welfare Change of address

    I recently moved my JSA claim to another welfare office in a different city i have moved to but there is a 12 month qualifying period to do a masters course to get back to education, anyone know if only the time spent in this new area will count or will my previous time on it count in the previous area?
