    Hi,
    I'm just wondering if it's possible to set up a standing order to come out of my account every fortnight to help reduce the bill that comes in every second month?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We are unable to set up standing orders, although this can be done automatically with your bank. We do need to make you aware you would no longer be eligible for the same savings as a direct debit or equaliser customer if this was the case.

    Should you wish to make automatic bi-weekly payments, you can do so via electronic fund transfer with your bank. You can find our bank details here.

    Electric Ireland offer a number of other payment options. See here for more information.
