Withdrawal to Expired Card

    Hi I recently made a withdrawal from an online gaming site, but discovered when transaction was completed that the card I withdrew to had expired. What has happened to the funds that I withdrew? The site I withdrew from has said it can not cancel and redirect funds?

    Thanks for your message.

    Usually transfers to an expired card should still go through to your account. This may take a day or so longer than usual. If the money does not come into your account I would then contact the gaming company directly to have a further look into this.
