Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
Our washing machine has given up so need to replace it. Family of 5 so washes every day, looking for best machines, free standing for under €350, would push to €400 if it makes a big difference.

Someone told me Bosch or Siemens are the best but that could just be one person's opinion.

currently thinking of the Bosch WAN28000, 7kg, €320 with free delivery from Soundstore- https://www.soundstore.ie/bosch-wan28000-7kg-1400-spin-washing-machine.html

    Thanks,
    Pa.

the bosch is great value at that money and it is a good machine, if you like it grab it while available at that money because there is quite a price hike coming in the next few weeks

    Another vote for the Bosch.
Have a family of 7, so got through a lot of washing machines over the years. Bosch has been the most reliable.

Just look up how to turn off the annoying BEEP BEEP BEEP sound when the load has finished if that model has it. It would drive you nuts ;)

That model was only available in Waterford so would be 10 days delivery to Galway. So I went with another Bosch model , 8kg for €399.

I know because I am in the trade, btw with the 8kg don't overload it, it has a different drum structure to the 7kg model

Yup, I concur. Not just BSH either, Electrolux/Zanussi prices are going up also.
