Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all Looking at selling our house in Lucan. Can anyone recommend an Auctioneer - prices vary but they all probably just use Myhome.ie and Daft.ie for the marketing/advertising. Just wondering why some people go for the big brands rather than the smaller auctioneers. PM me please. Thanks in advance:)

The two main "local" guys are REA McDonalds and Jim Payne. Both are established in the area for years and know the area like the back of their hands.

We used Smith Curley for selling our house 8 years ago, top class and we used Jim Payne when buying the house to replace the one we sold.

Would recommend both highly.
