I think that there are a few codes floating around.
Try TTMAVICC for the Pro combo. or TTMAVIC283

Or TTMAVIC200 for just the Pro.

Neither of them are working now either mate.

They may have even gone up higher, I think the exchange rate is helping a little with the price also.

If the codes are not working, i would definitely hold off as they seem to have released a new code every fortnight or sooner. I think the latest code was TTMAVIC283 and may be updated soon.

    Edited

    These may work:

    TTMAVICP300 for Mavic PRO

    TTMAVICP260 for Mavic PRO Combo

I bought the DJI P3 SE from Tomtop on the 30th August.

UPS is showing the same status since the 1st September.

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

12 days since I purchased and the tracking status hasn't changed at all.

Anyone else experience such a long period with no change in the tracking status?

I ordered my spark the same day as you but selected priority shipping, missed my delivery on Friday but should hopefully have it today.

Did you go with standard shipping?

Yeah I didn't see any options for shipping when I purchased. I'm 90% sure there wasn't one and it gave me the priority shipping. Perhaps I missed something. Drat.

Any movement? Did you get a letter in the post?

Yes got a letter sent to the delivery address as there was no other contact information (like my email).

When i sent them the purchase receipt I added to the email asking them to redirect the packet to my home address instead of my workplace since there's a mail intake at the workplace and they aren't going to fork over money for customs. They ignored that and sent it to my workplace anyway.

I think the discount the codes give are already included automatically in the price, could be wrong thought.

Banggood has some good 30% price off codes however don't know what they are link on postage and customs etc.

For all those waiting on their drones and lack of tracking updates....

I emailed Tomtop and they replied:

    Dear customer,
    Thanks for your email.
Your order XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Below is the chained address of the parcel logistics information, please kindly check it.
    http://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX=0
The parcel is in customs inspection, recently in China hold the BRICS summit and the customs inspection stricter than usual, so delay the transportation.
    Please kindly wait it.
    Best Regards
    Alya.

:) So I guess we just need to be patient and wait.

Haven't had much chance to get mine out in good weather yet, first one I ordered had a problem so I had to send it back to DJI for repair. Got my replacement last week and absolutely in love!

    Great clarity on them shots.

Is it a Phantom 3 or a Mavic

  • Registered Users Posts: 37 ballwebhost

    It's a Mavic Pro :)

Have a mavic from this offer too - do you mind me asking, when you had to return it, was it under normal warranty or the 'dji refresh' cover - and was it sent back to Dji China or how did it work?

    Literally my back yard.

Had the drone up over the Blessington lakes yesterday evening. Made the most of a brief lull in the rain.

Still getting to grips with the exposure settings, and I reckon I'm getting the hang of it, I'm about 60% there now.

Anyway .Blessington lakes with the Wicklow mountains in the background.

    Enjoy.

Did you have white balance on auto by any chance? Guessing that's the reason for the grading in the middle there when you were coming back to the house?
Mine is permanently on "cloudy" but hey, this IS Ireland...

I have my settings on manual, but I find it hard to judge the brightness levels on a phone. I am going to charge up my Nexus 7 and possibly had out later and see if it makes a difference.

What settings do you go with yourself smoking?

I started with auto-white balance but didn't like how it changed in a panning shot so I'm nearly always on cloudy - no more sudden darkening/brightening.

Right now, I'm trying to relearn the old ISO/aperture/shutter speed triangle with the help of a little business-card printout of this.

    photography.jpg

My custom video settings stay like this: 1 -1 -1
After that, I bring the ISO down to 100 if I can, and adjust the shutter speed until I'm happy with what's on screen.

This weather is annoying today though; dying to go for another flight somewhere... :(
