2% mortgage cashback

    Hi,

    I drew down my mortgage a month ago.

    No sign of my 2% cash back yet. Presumed it would take week or so, 2 at most but no sign yet...can you advise how long it usually takes?

    Not panicking but need it now for the kitchen appliances :)

    It can take a maximum of 6 weeks for the 2% cash back to be credited to an account.
