Absolute bullsh1t. How can they be so incompetent

They dont do themselves any favours by having these online presales at nine in the morning .Complete nonsense ,they are probably all still in the canteen at Ticketmaster.

Well that was a cock-up of epic proportions. Code from the early sign-up through The Killers site didn't work. Looks like ticketmaster was still only accepting codes for the Fan site pre-sale, which had already ended, so was never going to accept this code. Luckily got 2 tickets in the nosebleeds section using Three Plus.

Ticketmaster really aren't getting any better with this.

The link in the email brings you to the fanclub presale not the album presale so our codes won't work.....

    3 code worked for me

It seems to be the link on The Killers site thats wrong. If you choose Manchester it doesn't bring you to Ticketmaster. It brings you to a separate site for album pre-release codes.

Same for Belfast. No album sale.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2 thedap

Same, but it seems to be only Dublin/Belfast that are redirected to ticketmaster, all other locations are sold from the killers site

So maybe we will get the correct link soon? Fingers crossed.

Yeah it's the same for all except Belfast & Dublin which bring you to ticketmaster

In previous sales though when you click 'Select Ticket Type' you should see all the presales that are live and can select the one you have a code for. Think it's ticketmasters ****up

3 Arena link now bringing us to Belfast!

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,202 ✭✭✭maximoose

Album Pre-order sale is live now for Belfast, Dublin is redirecting to it! What a joke

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,785 ✭✭✭Zardoz

There are still tickets left in the Three presale so demand might not be as high as predicted.

Can you post the link its not working!

No link for album pre-sale. I imagine this will be sorted soon so keep checking. I reckon there is still an allocation for album pre-sale. Looks like 3 pre-sale is sold out.

Do I need proof of being a three customer
No, you just need the Three code to gain access to buy the tickets, after that nothing more needed

I managed to get 2 standing tickets for Belfast.

Managed to get two standing despite three/ticketmaster doing everything in their powers to prevent me.

Hope everyone here gets sorted in the general sale.

  • Registered Users Posts: 178 ✭✭maupat

Managed to secure 2 tiered seating. That was with Three Plus.

    So lucky.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,785 ✭✭✭Zardoz

Thankfully I got sorted in the Three presale.
Yet another balls up by Ticketmaster.
Can anyone explain the logic of having the album presale and the Three presale at the same time ?
