    Modem. They charge u for it when u leave them. You can return it to then to avoid this.

    When cancelling your account, as per our terms and conditions, your modem is to be required within 14 days or a charge of €59 will be applied.


    If you have returned this, can you please PM me your full name, old eir account number and the address you returned it to?
