Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Seem like a good price at 409 and reviews seem good. I'm sure it is no Sony Bravia 4k HDR but it is half the price.

    Still £499 on Amazon.

    So 4k
    HDR
    Android TV
    4 HDMI
    Scart
    WiFi
    Motion rate 1000hz

OP says it has Android TV but the specs on Argos website doesn't mention it?

Edit: Checked specs on Philips website, can confirm it does have it.

Really solid TV. My neighbor got this model a few weeks ago and while the Android software obviously isn't as quick as my Nvidia shield it was better than I expected. Downloaded stbemu and plex from the play store for him and he's delighted. Whoever managed to reserve it got a good deal.

I tried to work that out earlier, Argos have it as 110cm wide so based on the pixels in the picture my best guess is 83cm

Android TV is kind of muck. Slow, clunky, not what you expect from Google.

It's a bug. You can't actually complete the order with Tralee selected.

I say they could be clearing stock because there didn't seem to be much stock around in store.

    Home insurance?
    Statutory guarantee?

It's 9 years old so the guarantee is out and the deductible (€500) would be more than this on the insurance.

You're expecting too much for €400. If you want a decent Android TV experience built into a 49" TV you are going to spend at least €700.
