I need a van for work and want a camper van too. I can't justify having two vehicles so I'm trying to combine both.

I will be carrying tools and equipment in the van for work so I would either need to remove them and have a temporary / convertible camper kit such as the Amdro Bootjump or a permanently fitted camper van and a box trailer to tow for my work equipment.

Is it possible to have a van taxed and insured as a campervan and also use it for social , domestic and work purposes?

Would appreciate any suggestions on this.
