My family and I have been living in a two bed Cluid apartment for 11 years we have just been offered a 3 bed due to over crowding.
My question without judgement or debate is

The place we have been offered is a new build will the build be finished to the same spec as the places for sale i.e. Kitchen / wardrobes fitted. Bathrooms tiled etc.
I ask only so we as a family know what we need to organise prior to moving and what we will need to get to furnish the rooms.

When we moved into our apartment 11 years ago it was a shell. We kitted out everything bar the kitchen presses. From people chatting I've been told this jas changed now and they come in walk in condition.

Any information would be great and again Id appreciate no debate or judgement.

    Many thanks

    Hey guys,

Im sure there has been plenty of threads on this looking for some quick info.

So i recently have been nominated for two new developments and didnt get the first one, but the second one is now ready and got a call for interview for a apartment they girl seemed really precise on what was in the apartment she told me to bring along all bank details and payslips etc.

What struck me and confused me was before we ended the conversation she said " we will show you the apartment that we are offering you on the day" but i was told from cluid themselves before xmas that there is basically 3 familys in for each property so i am confused can anybody shed some light on this as interviee is not until next week and really dont want to torment myself by keep thinking of it!!

    Thanks
