We're delighted to announce that Bank of Ireland is partnering with key farming bodies to bring FREE digital training to farming families across the country through the Digital Skills for Citizens programme*.

The aim of this programme is to provide citizens who have never used the internet with the confidence, motivation and skills to reap the benefits of today's digital world. Currently just one in four farmers are online. Bank of Ireland in conjunction with farming groups is reaching out to mainly farming families, with the aim of training 7,000 people in total across the country.

This Free training will be delivered over 5 sessions of a minimum of 2 hours each. Sessions can be in the morning, afternoon or evening all depending on what is suitable for the trainee's. The programme is generally delivered in a 1 to 5 week timeframe.

You can register your interest through the official website: https://www.rlpdigitalskillsforcitizens.com/ . (Tell them we sent you, by selecting Bank of Ireland (BOI) from the Referral Source list.)

Any questions, please feel free to post here.

    * The programme is funded through the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment.

    Thanks
    Tara
