    Hi there,

    I'm filling out a form to change the address for the life assurance policy associated to the mortgage on the house where I currently live, bought with a mortgage from BOI.

    Both mortgage and life assurance are for the same address obviously. Do I really need to go to a garda station to get the proof of address certified. Is the mortgage not proof enough? Also, our two current accounts, joint account and credit cards?

    We're unsure where you were advised the address needs to be certified. To change the address on a Bank of Ireland Life policy please fill in the form on this page and post it to the address on the bottom of the form.

    Thanks Sarah. I was posted out a change of address form when I contacted Banking365 to get the address changed initially and that's where the directions regarding certified documents were. This is good though. I'll use this form instead.
