No BB and no sign of it being fixed

    I have an issue with my BB, it must be 6 weeks now without it if not more, and it doesnt look like anyone is getting it sorted for me any time soon. The service is shocking and the customer service is even worse. Can someone tell me exactly what is going on once and for all or I am moving provider with immediate effect.
