    People with slow metabolism usually complain about not losing weight. My mom also had slow metabolism and constipation problems due to which she was not burning body fat. She is regularly following this method and lost many pounds.

    You would get clearer advice if you posted what you are eating on a typical day most of us generally underestimate what we are eating when the subject of weight loss comes up .
