Is there a full list of the training camp?
Not yet. Quite a few of the Munster under 18 clubs interpro winning team are involved in the first u18 team with another few in the second team.

2.30. If unsure if a game is on/what time check leinster website or arlb(leinster ref site) which will have kick off times etc

I heard 12 but then also heard 3!
League final at 3 so assume 12 might be correct but can't confirm

Strongest selection of league teams in a while?
I think i said it last year but it's even more obvious this year that teams seem to be noticeably more mobile and are throwing the ball around more which I'd put down to the astro going down in Donnybrook

Agreed: very strong league teams this year....noticeably more talented: the league is a great competition, Not much in it between Roscrea , gerards, Knock and zaga: Gerards deserving of league title in the end, tough on Ethan Baxter all the same.

Wonder what sort of team Terenure put out for that? Whilst CBC have some good players no doubt, that kind of result doesn’t really fit

CBC Monkstown had another good win today 22-8 over Bandon Grammar in Cork

Michael's beat Glenstal 17-13. Very good game Ben Healy v good for glenstal. Wasn't too sure on other names for them. Baird and booth impressed for michaels

Bit of a wake up call for Michaels. If they can't put away glensthal by a bigger score than that at this time of year they will struggle against top Leinster sides.

Bit harsh on glenstal they were in final last year and had the best 10 in the country at schoolboy level playing and 1/2 other Irish internationals

You're being very harsh on glenstal who're one of very good sides in Munster. No reason to say that not winning by more tonight means they will stuggle against other leinster sides

Glenstal playing Gerards on Saturday January 6th - probably put some perspective on the Michaels result.

How good are the blackrock jct team this year?

I believe they are "warm" favourites for the Cup! But you would expect Michael's to put it up to them in the 1st round!

How good are the blackrock jct team this year?

Lost once since they were in first year to Michaels in Michaels on the all weathers at the start of the year. In other words very very good

54-12 to Blackrock vs Munchens standouts Liam Turner, Sean O’Brien

  • Registered Users Posts: 89 ✭✭stuckintipp

How good are the blackrock jct team this year?

They got beaten today by St Munchins. Munchins won by 7/8 after rock scored a try in the last play to make it a more respectable score line. Score was something like 29-22.

A lot of club(youths) players in the "schools" squad. The "schools" squad trained in Michaels and the "clubs and schools" trained in Wanderers

You really love Michaels and do hype them, the score is impressive but most top tier school sides who have trained since the summer would beat a team thrown together. What was the Leinster team like btw? What schools were represented?

Michaels will still choke when they meet Belvo or Rock. They can't do It in the cup
