Saw Milne v Rock in Donnybrook although Rock dominated the game he really stood out and looked like a fantastic player. However Thomas Clarkson really stands out for Rock week in week out, is very consistent and has the ability to go the next level as does Milne.

Hooker wise Sean Molony has been injured for the majority of the season so is hard to judge although had you asked this time last year in terms of 4th and 5th years he would have stood out.

If true the Leinster board have really just rolled over and left the door open for precedent for other schools to threaten legal action if things don't go their way.

The two games against Roscrea in very cold, windy conditions and on very soft pitches took it out of Knock and they were very flat against Gerards.....having started very well Knock looked tired by the end of the first half and faded badly in the second (though Gerards were very clinical in attack),.... realistically they have it all to do against the highly fancied Rock but if Knock SHOW UP it could be close.....it just might be a great game!!!!

Definitely other, Roscrea Gonzaga Fintans and Gerards all have good if not great hookers this year.

First time I’ve seen o’brien recognised, is a standout week in and out for rock great player gets far less praise on this then he deserves.
