What do you mean by set up TV?

If you already have a satellite dish & aerial in situ & they're cabled / aligned correctly, it's very much a DIY job.

Yep & you'll pick up a Sat Finder in Argos for cheap money; no point borrowing on in that you may occasionally need it again.

Don't forget you can feed to more than one box from your dish.

We are moving into a new house so need to get help with the set up from start. The people who lived there before us had SKY but we don't want SKY only Freesat and Saorview.

Therefore the dish and cabling that are already in situ will be perfectly fine to receive Freesat.

Both services pick up signal from the same satellite - Astra 28.2E. Anyone who cancels a Sky subscription (myself included) simply picks up a Freesat box, attaches the cabling & is ready to go. As for Saorview, if there's an aerial in place on the roof & your TV is of a relatively recent vintage, it should have the requisite tuner onboard to deliver Saorview.

Humax make the best Freesat boxes - similar to Sky+ with recording function, record one channel while watching another etc.
