    The mother is looking at changing the tiles in the kitchen. Had one tiler out to price it, he was ok pricewise.

    But then suggests press down, plaster etc, redo the plugs, then a vent (steamer/cooker/deep fat fyer has led to damp and extraction fan doesn’t do much), then put presses back up and he can then tile

    So any suggestions for a tiler and/or one that knows a way to deal with above issues

    Sorry, the Tiler and asked him did he know or do plaster etc and said he didn't, so wasn't one of these you need x work done and sure I no x,y,z trades

    Got list from right price tiles, rang a few, he was only one to come out, no answer to voicemail on the rest
