    Hi All,

Have an adjudication hearing coming up shortly and wanted to get an idea of the hearings themselves. How long do they typically take? Formal / Informal?

    Thanks

They take detween 20 minutes and 2 hours depending on how complicated the issues are.
They are officially informal but in reality are very formal. The most important thing is to submit the documentation relied on in advance. There is no good pulling a piece of paper from your pocket at the hearing if a copy hasn't gone in beforehand.
