    Dan out of the saddle & pushing things on in the yellow jersey group. Hopefully his body's coming round. Tempted to say Froome isn't looking good but then he never does.

    He's not working for Froome. He's working for himself but maybe is doing too much. Also Froome isn't in yellow! I'd like to see him encouraging the likes of Bardet & Aru come up all right though.

    Dan back in on the descent. I think he was pulling the group because of his back. He said it was hard for him to accelerate out of the saddle yesterday I think?. Perhaps trying to hold a pace so no one would attack,.
