PVC cladding for around exterior wooden areas

Hi as per thread title, I would like to get PVC cladding I think it's called around the wooden areas of my house under the gutters, particularly to save the wood from rotting and it looks nice and clean. Has anyone got this done and what would the cost be on a 3 bed semi D ? Thanks.
