Remove Data Add-On - Eir Mobile

    Hi,

    in addition to my usual data allowance, I currently have a 1GB monthly add-on that I would like to get rid of.

    There's no obvious way to remove this add-on either via my eirmobile or the assorted stop codes.

    Any suggestions?

    I'm afraid for rolling add-ons, you will need to contact our customer care team on 1901 in order for this to be removed.
