Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Have this family thing going since April. My girlfriend is suddenly having premium bossies as if she's not part of the plan or any plan anymore.

    But I haven't done anything to change that

    I can't see any information in my Spotify account on the app or website.

    Any advice? Where to check which emails are signed up or even who is signed up?

    As an aside here for anyone interested (because I'd issues with spotify family), we signed up to Google Play music instead and it actually also gives you access to YouTube music premium and I have to say YT music isn't bad at all...

    Just in case it might help someone having issues with spotify family

    I was emailed a couple of weeks ago re: Ts&Cs. I only have a few posts, so the link may not post. The email I received says the new Ts&Cs will be effective from March 15th.

    Looks like it MIGHT from finally be over.

    I got an email from Spotify saying that they can't verify that my 'family" are in the same household and that they were reverted to free.

    I'm currently trying to see if I can get around it.

    To anybody affected: I'm going to be issuing partial refunds, depending on how long you were in for.

    I really wish it didn't have to come to this.
