On the look out for a family spot. My young lad was in a family plan up to lately but the guy had trouble confirming all were part of the family so he just refunded everyone, so from start of July he’s back to free unless someone would be willing to offer him a slot. (Paypal or Revolut)

Hi, can anyone tell me what needs to be done in order to keep a family member after they have got an email to confirm location? I remember seeing in the thread a long time ago something that could be done to manually confirm the location but now it seems to use GPS. Is it game over once this message is received?

Looking for some help here please . Was part of my brothers family plan and I never seen the email to confirm the address. Now I have been removed from the group along with a few others and he has sent me a invitation to sign back up and when I put in my name and his house details it won’t let me sign back up. Any ideas folks ?

Yep! You keep your current account. Once set up youll get an email invitation to join our family and thats it!
