    Hi there,
    I purchased something in a shop yesterday for 7.70€.
    I have noticed today - pending from my a/c is 57.70€
    I did not ask for cash back and also I did not get a receipt?
    How will I resolve this?

    We're sorry to hear this.

    If it is in your transactions in progress is may adjust itself correctly after 3-5 working days. 

    Please monitor your account and if after the timeframe the transaction does not correct itself you will need to contact our customer service desk on 0818 365 365 and an advisor will be happy to help you.

    I would also advise you to make the retailer aware of this.
