    Could you please let me know how do I go about cancelling payment protection on my bank of Ireland MasterCard

    In order to cancel PPI on an account you will need to write to clerical on Clerical, Bank of Ireland, Clerical Department, PO Box 1102, Dublin 2.

    When I rang earlier I was told to write to an office in cabinteely

    Bank of Ireland,
    PPI Dept.,
    2nd Floor,
    Operations Centre,
    Cabinteely,
    Dublin 18.

    You would have to include your Credit card number, name, address and just confirmation that you wish to cancel your PPI.
