Why is Bank of Ireland the only major bank in Ireland that doesn’t have Apple Pay or Android Pay?

Doesn't really answer the question. Why are BOI not implementing it?

This is great news..it means that I'm off tomorrow and down to AIB to switch over my current, savings, credit card accounts over to AIB.
So tired of listening to the crap from BOI and their lacklustre apps, poor transaction updates on current accounts etc.
