Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    best way to improve your fitness is to do what is necessary in the fitness test, ie push ups,situps,beep test, the obstacle course and the push/pull test. my advice would be to do shuttle runs as it builds up endurance for the beep, also pull ups are a great way of improving strength on back,core and arms. Hill sprints for cardio are great too and its a good blow out 30 meters would be enough.
