No email confirmation for Boiler Service

    Hi,

    I haven't received an email confirmation for my boiler service that I've booked. Money has come out of my account but can you arrange confirmation through email?

    We can certainly look into this for you and speak with the Home Services team. Just private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number (or telephone number if you do not have an account) and your name, date of birth and email address.
