iCloud down?

Is iCloud Drive and note syncing down for anyone else? Stopped syncing on all my devices. And if I try checking them on iCloud.com I get a "not responding error".

Yeah, appears to just be my account. Some kind of server-side corruption. I contacted Apple and they haven't a clue. Waiting for them to get back to me.
