Leap Card transaction rejected

    Hello,
    Ive tried yesterday to top up my leap card 3 times, it failed, then checked and turned out my card had no money, so I lodged in some money, and still cannot top up.
    Tried this morning and the app said the card rejected the transaction. Can you guys check if there might be an issue on the card's side? Tried another debit card as payment method and worked flawlessly; but I want to use my card, so the issue lies with my debit card.

    Have you checked your online to see have the funds reached your account ?

    Would you have received any text or email from our security team? 

    Have you tried using the BOI card in a store or ATM?

    I've used the card successfully yesterday at a Luas Station.

    Do I need to check at an ATM?
    No emails nor texts nor nothing from security team.
    My card has enough funds.

    What are the next steps to take?

    Thanks for your reply.

    If the card was blocked or flagged you wouldn't been able to use it at all.

    I would advise you to call our customer care team on 0818 365 365 and an advisor with account access will be able to check it for you just to make sure as it could of just been the Leap cards website.
