Claims through the injuries board were at record high levels last year.

Logic would dictate that if the IB were paying out record amounts that insurers making direct settlements would be paying out equally high levels/increases.

That would be in line with exactly what insurers have been saying, that claims were increasing which is a major factor in why premiums have been increasing.

I'm sure someone someone will be along shortly to debunk it with claims that the IB are in cahoots with the cartel.
