    Well, in the RoI at least it would be classed as a firearm as it forcibly ejects a substance, not unlike a German 'self-protection' gun or 'schreckwaffe'.

    It might even by a prohibited firearm.....

    Are you going to let us know how you get on licensing one?

    Depending on your classification of Snuff, if it's not a "noxious" substance, you might be ok.

    Although, having had a friend commit suicide with his shotgun, I find the imagery slightly unsettling.
