Call Answering Message Retrievable?

    Hi, 

    We have recently switched from Air to Sky for Broadband and Phone. We had call answering on the phone set up and the message which was recorded has been wiped during the switch over. Is there a way to retrieve the old message? It was recorded  by a recent family member who passed away and would love to still keep the recording or get a copy of it. Thanks

    Unfortunately, there is no way of retrieving this message. This is not possible as once it's gone it can't be retrieved.
