    Hi,

    I am looking for advice,
    I am with BOI, and just coming to the end of 2 yr fixed rate mortgage. I am thinking of signing for another 2 yrs fixed rate. I will be looking for mortgage topup for house extension. My question is if anybody knows what are penalties for leaving fixed term mortgage loan with in next two year or how they are calculated....
