    US Sentencing Guidelines: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Federal_Sentencing_Guidelines

There's a grid - incorporates level of offence, previous history etc.

    Doesn't matter.

Although she's not "Miss World" hot, she's decent enough for a Presidential pardon. It's on my desk.

    Good Golly Miss Molly

    Possibly this -
Class B1 felony; 144 months to life in prison

Class B2 felony; 94 to 393 months in prison (If malice is based on recklessness or the murder results from drug distribution)

    Delighted.....absolutely the correct verdict.

I hope this brings some closure to Jason,s family especially his children and that he himself can now rest in peace.

Do we think they both did it?

Or that she did it and the dad tried to take the rap?

I believe it's the latter but either way both deserve to go down

"Im sorry Mom" she said as she was being led away. It's not her mother that the bitch should be apologising to.

She said 'I'm sorry mom, I wish they'd just kill me'

Not a bother on her up until now.

If they get twenty years,Molly Martens is unlikely to ever see her father again.

A bit like those poor kids whose Dad she murdered.

I get the feeling that the Martens are as surprised at the verdict.

So am I tbh I really had my doubts that justice would prevail here but i'm delighted to have got it wrong
