Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am trying to see my full records in ROS but I can't figure it out. All I can see is what is a record of the summary such as VAT,PAYE but I can't figure out how to look at the actual record. Does anybody know where this option is?

Just saw this now. Unfortunately I'm not in front of pc now but will post tomorrow and let you know. It's not too obvious but it's only a couple of clicks. If you haven't figured it out already I'll post some time in morning

You'd need to go to Client Revenue Record -> Search Using Document Type -> then look at the records you want in the boxes beneath. Remember to include Archive.

You can then download documents in PDF format.
