Max Mortgage Term and Age

    Hi,

    What is the max term offered by BOI for repayment of a mortgage? I can only see a 30 option on your website.

    What age do you take into consideration when running these calculations? Eg would you give a 30 term to a 40 year old?

    Thanks for your post. Typically, when applying for a Mortgage, a number of factors are taken into consideration, in your application. We would recommend that you meet with a Mortgage advisor to discuss this further. Do you have contact details for your local branch?
